Quality, research and development

Appropriate checks are carried out by the receipt of raw materials continued throughout the production process (extrusion, cut to size, seasoning, packaging) at the time of shipment.

The laboratory is equipped to carry out all the necessary tests to ensure the product meets the specifications agreed upon. 

MECHANICAL TESTS

DYNAMOMETER:

it allows the characterization of mechanical and physical properties of the film:

- Elongation at yield and break
- Load at yield and break
- Elastic Modulus – Energy at break
THERMAL TESTS
BRUGGER WELDER
(simulates the welding conditions typical of a packaging line by setting the temperature, pressure and time)

HOT TACK (heat seal sealing force) 
DSC (calorimetry with differentiated scanning): allows to measure a certain number of characteristic properties of a sample (melting point, crystallization and glass transition)
VISCOSIMETER (polymer viscosity)

allows to detect the values ​​of transparency and brightness
